PMOrx works directly with your hospital transplant team to get the correct medications to you before you are discharged from the hospital. If there is a medication change after discharge we will ship the medication directly to you at no charge.

Transplant Recipients:

Just let your transplant coordinator know that you’d like your medications from PMOrx Pharmacy and we’ll set everything up for you!

Transplant Coordinators:

We’ll overnight discharge meds to the hospital. Orders placed by 4 p.m. C.S.T. will be shipped via UPS to arrive by 10:30 a.m. the next morning.

Call or fax new patient information form and face sheet to order prescriptions. Your call will be answered by a real person, not an automated answering system. On most occasions, you will speak directly with the pharmacist who will fill your order.

Transplant patients will receive a free wellness kit with their transplant discharge medications.
